GCCL 1071 Blog post 5: The 6th Mass Extinction Event

The sixth mass extinction event means the species on the earth will going extinct, dying, dead, never to be seen again near the future, it could be the human or some special creatures like the 5^th mass extinction event in which the dinosaur died numerously. why is human? because when the most animals and planet die, the human won’t have the food for living.

What’s causing this mass die-off of animals, because of the human’s doing, we use the resource on the earth, like cutting the trees in the forest for growing crops, raising animals, and developing the land, we also break the habitats of species, and let him to go extinct. the biological has a chain reaction, so if the animals die, we will also die without food.

The possible consequences are scary, one day, the 6^th mass extinction even happens, first, the green plant will die, second, the animal which eat plant will go extinct without their food in need, finally, the animal which eat meat will starve, and effect the human.

Personally, I don’t think It can stop this destruction that human effect. there is a start, the human should take the

responsibility on this effect, we could not die, but we could live more difficulty, so we should try our best to slow down the mass extinction event.
